This Privacy Policy explains how PlanRe collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the PlanRe mobile application (“the Application”). It also describes your privacy rights and how the law may protect you. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Scope and This Website
This policy primarily governs the Application installed on your Device. For convenience, the same text may be published at https://teur.work/planre/privacy. Viewing that page is a normal website visit and may involve standard web technologies (for example hosting logs or analytics) as described in the general privacy policy for teur.work, separate from data stored inside the Application on your Device.

Important Information About Data Storage
PlanRe is a fully offline application. Tasks, reminders, settings, statistics, and other information you create are stored exclusively on your Device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your Personal Data on our servers, except for limited anonymous diagnostic data that you may voluntarily send to help us improve the Application.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
Because the Application is offline-first, we collect and store almost no Personal Data. Information you enter (tasks, notes, reminders, and similar) remains on your Device and is not sent to us unless you explicitly choose to share crash logs or support-related data.
Usage Data
We may collect limited anonymous Usage Data (such as app crashes or feature usage statistics) solely to improve stability and performance. This data is anonymized and does not identify you.
Payments
If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information.
Use of Your Personal Data
We use the limited information we may receive only to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services — Adapty
We use Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.) to manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, and analytics related to monetization. Adapty may collect and process the following types of data in accordance with their agreements and policies:
- Anonymous usage and subscription events
- Device identifiers (for example IDFV) where applicable
- Purchase and subscription status
- Limited technical information for fraud prevention and analytics
Adapty acts as a service provider (processor) for subscription and paywall flows. Data is anonymized where possible and used to provide subscription features, help prevent fraud, and improve the Service. We do not share identifiable Personal Data with Adapty beyond what is reasonably necessary for subscription management. Adapty’s own privacy notices and terms apply to its processing.
For more information, see Adapty’s privacy documentation: https://adapty.io/privacy/
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, parental responsibility or age thresholds for online services may apply under local law; please use device-level parental controls where available.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, contact us immediately at brunotwin.company@gmail.com.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may have the following rights, subject to applicable law:
- The right to know what Personal Information we collect about them
- The right to request deletion of their Personal Information
- The right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information (we do not sell Personal Information)
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
Because PlanRe stores most data locally on your device and does not sell Personal Information for commercial purposes, many of these rights can be exercised directly on your Device (for example by deleting app data or uninstalling the Application).
GDPR (European Union)
We respect your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies. Task and note content you create in the Application generally stays on your Device under your control and is not routinely transmitted to us as a controller of that content. Where limited diagnostic or support data is sent with your consent, or where processors such as Adapty handle subscription-related data, we aim to process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, with purpose limitation, data minimization, and appropriate integrity and confidentiality.
Depending on the situation, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Many actions can be taken directly in the Application settings or by deleting local data on your Device.
CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act)
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how it is used. As an offline-first application, the vast majority of data never leaves your Device.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect any limited data that may be transmitted to us. Because the Application is designed to keep your primary data on your Device, the risk of unauthorized access through our systems is limited. You are responsible for keeping your Device, operating system, and backups secure (for example using device passcodes, disk encryption, and timely software updates).
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the Application and updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
